HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) launched a new centralized webpage for its Public Affairs Office.

The page offers a user-friendly design that provides a one-stop shop for different department resources, such as arrest logs, traffic media, and news releases.

HPD says the new page will help to enhance transparency and provide timely information to the public.

Features include:

• Criminal highlights: A summary of investigative case highlights for the past 72 hours.
• Traffic information: Updates on critical and fatal traffic cases.
• Calls for service: A new 24-hour log of calls for police service.
• News releases and press conferences: A new archive of official HPD news releases, as well as the latest video press conferences, all viewable from one link.
