HAWAII ISLAND (HawaiiNewsNow) - A massive Hawaii Island estate previously owned by Priscilla and Lisa Marie Presley is on the luxury real estate market.

The 8,000-square-foot home at 68-1028 Honokaope Pl. sits on more than half of an acre of land overlooking Honokaope Bay.

Located on the 12th fairway of the Mauna Lani Golf Course, the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom house, known as Hale Ohia, was built with hundreds of Ohia logs, a type of lumber made from a now protected tree no longer permitted for harvest.

The estate is listed at a price tag of $17.5 million.

The property is part of Paul Stukin’s portfolio. Stukin is the Founder and CEO of real estate company Deep Blue HI.

The agency representing the property says full staff is needed to maintain its waterfalls, gardens, resort-style pool, and koi ponds.

The property comes with most of the koa wood furnishings that are already in place.

The next owners will also have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club.

Paul Stukin, the founder and CEO of Deep Blue Hi, sat down for an interview about the features that make this property special.
