Helicopter makes precautionary landing at North Shore elementary school

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A helicopter reportedly had to make a precautionary landing on Oahu’s North Shore around 11 a.m., Tuesday.

According to public flight radar, a Blue Hawaiian helicopter took off from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport heading East around Oahu.

After traveling up the East side of the island, the pilot had to land at Sunset Beach Elementary School in Pupukea.
