TSA finds dagger hidden in hairbrush at Maui airport

KAHULUI, MAUI (HawaiiNewsNow) - Security officers confiscated a dagger hidden in a hairbrush at an airport in Hawaii this week.

The Transportation Security Administration wrote on their official blog that the weapon was disguised as the handle of a hairbrush.

The TSA said the weapon was confiscated at the Kahului Airport on Maui, but officials did not provide any additional details.

A similar weapon disguised in a brush was also confiscated this week at the airport in Phoenix, Arizona.
