HPD opens unattended death investigation after body was found on North Shore beach

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police have opened an unattended death investigation after a body was found unresponsive in the waters near Mokuleia Beach Park Saturday morning.

Honolulu police officials said crews arrived to the scene around 9:45 a.m.

Officials said the 54-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Foul play is not suspected.
