Japanese bargain store Daiso to open in Pearl City

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Bargain hunters, rejoice: Daiso is opening a store in the islands.
The Japanese chain is known for its wide range of (sometimes unusual) household products at rock bottom prices.
Its parent company, HouseMart, said the 5,000-square-foot store will open at Pearl City Shopping Center in mid-December.
Store associates are being sought, though Daiso declined to disclose their hourly rates.
