On this episode of Where Hawaii Eats, we head to the Royal Sonesta Kauai Resort previously known as the Kauai Marriott Resort and catch up with general manager Paul Toner, name might have changed but its the same familiar staff. Destination manager Dave Ball shows us some of the renovations that have been done on the property. Then we head to Kauai Chocolate Company, home of the Chocolate Opihi, we meet with the owner Patrick Greer shows me how to make the famous chocolates and sample homemade ice cream made fresh right here at the chocolate factory.
