Ask the Mayor: Prosecutor's office, Ala Moana park and HPD's budget

Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell says he has very little control over the city prosecutor's office. He responded to critics who think he should remove acting prosecutor Dwight Nadamoto from office. He also voiced support for the privately funded park at Ala Moana. He also says he plans to increase HPD's budget by $8 million.
