Sam Choy's Kitchen recipe: Creamy Oriental Dressing
3 cup mayonnaise
½ cup shoyu
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon white pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
1½ Tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
Whisk all of the ingredients together until well blended. If the consistency is too thick, whisk in a few drops of water at a time, until you get the consistency you desire. Makes 4 cups.
