HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Tropical Storm Olivia is triggering heavy rains and high winds across the state.

Here are the latest weather alerts divided by counties.

Maui County

  • Flash flood watch
    • A flash flood watch is in effect for the entire state through 6 a.m. Friday.
  • Brown water advisory
    • Heavy rains has led to storm water runoff entering coastal waters.

Oahu

  • Flood advisory
    • A flood advisory is in effect for Windward Oahu until 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
  • Flash flood watch
    • A flash flood watch is in effect for the entire state through 6 a.m. Friday.
  • Brown water advisory
    • Heavy rains has led to storm water runoff entering coastal waters.

Hawaii County

  • Flood Advisory
    • In effect for the eastern portion of the Big Island until 10:30 a.m. Thursday. 
  • Flash flood watch
    • A flash flood watch is in effect for the entire state through 6 a.m. Friday.

Kauai County

  • Flash flood watch
    • A flash flood watch is in effect for the entire state through 6 a.m. Friday.
  • High surf advisory
    • A high surf advisory is in effect for east-facing shores until 6 p.m. Thursday. 
  • Brown water advisory
    • The advisory is in effect for Nawiliwili Bay and Hanalei Bay.  Heavy rains has led to storm water runoff entering coastal waters.
