HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Federal agents, sheriffs deputies, and Honolulu police SWAT and Vice officers hit multiple properties early Tuesday to target more than dozen people indicted for possession with intent to distribute meth, sources said.

Hawaii News Now cameras were there as several busts went down in locations from Ewa Beach to the Ala Moana area.

"It was so scary," said Katharine Owen, a neighbor who heard the multiple flash bangs in Foster Village, "I've never heard anything like that before. I thought it was gunshots."

The FBI indictment lists individual dates, between June of 2017 up to just a few days ago, in which the suspects had more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.

By noon Tuesday, 13 had been taken into custody.

The FBI is still looking for one more.
