Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell joined us on Sunrise for his "Ask the Mayor" segment. He says city workers are working to clear streams as Hurricane Lane approaches and he is making sure we are prepared should the severe weather cause major damage. He also gave us an update on the rail project and federal funding.
