Man killed after getting pinned under heavy equipment at Kakaako warehouse

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A 24-year-old man was killed Thursday after getting pinned under heavy equipment at a warehouse in Kakaako.

Paramedics said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

First responders were called to the Geobunga warehouse at 200 Keawe St. about 1 p.m.

It was not immediately clear how the man got pinned, but he was reportedly operating a forklift.
