HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police have arrested a man suspected in a stabbing near a downtown Honolulu Ross store.

Eric Williams, 57, was arrested for attempted murder following Saturday's stabbing. Charges have yet to be filed.

It happened near the Ross on Hotel Street around 11 a.m.

The 53-year-old victim was apparently stabbed in the neck.

A photo too graphic to show captured the moments after the stabbing. The man was covered in blood as police provided aid.

He was hospitalized in critical condition at last check.

Honolulu police say the two -- believed to be homeless -- got into a fight leading up to the stabbing.

This story will be updated.
