City Council Chair Ernie Martin Wants to Meet with FTA Officials and Find Better Way to Fund Rail

City Councilman Ernie Martin was just reinstated as council chair this week. He says he wants to review the funding for rail to find a better way to pay for the project. He also wants to meet with FTA officials soon. Martin also addressed the accusations that Ron Menor took credit for the work of female colleagues.
