Geek Beat: Tesla 3, Altino Robot Cars, The return of Pokemon GO

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Since the announcement of the Tesla 3, pre-order sales of the electric car have been soaring.  Although many of the first orders have opted out of getting the new vehicle, Tesla has recouped those sales by adding an average of 1800 pre-sale orders per day.

Not quite as big as the Tesla 3, but just as impressive, the Altino Robot Car is a new teaching tool that teachers and parents can use to help teach kids about programming.

Even though it was released over a year ago, Pokemon GO is still going strong.  With an estimated 10 million users still playing, catching the virtual monsters is still attracting new players every day.
