HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Zoo will reopen on Thursday after being closed for business today because of a broken water main, a Honolulu county spokesperson said.
The break, at the edge of the zoo's stage lawn, left much of the facility without water.
The city reported the zoo closure at around 8:50 a.m.
Repairs to the break are still underway, but the break has been temporarily bypassed to allow business operations to resume.
