Honolulu police arrest 3 after fight at Sandy Beach Park

MAKAPUU, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police arrested two men and a juvenile after a fight at Sandy Beach Park on Sunday.

The incident happened around 6:40 p.m.

Police said 21-year-old Ashtenn Manthei Jr. pulled out a gun and threatened a 23-year-old victim. He then fired a shot into the air and fled in a vehicle. Officers stopped Manthei and arrested him for several offenses, including first-degree terroristic threatening and first-degree theft.

Officers also arrested 25-year-old Joshua Jenks on suspicion of first-degree theft. A 17-year-old was also arrested.
