HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The theme for this year's Big Island Chocolate Festival is "Lavalicious". You can indulge in all kinds of savory and sweet concoctions at the 5th annual event. It all kicks off with a tour of a local cacao farm. There will also be multiple educational seminars that will focus on the farming and fermentation of the beans.

It all culminates with a gala event at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel where you can taste the creations of chefs who are being brought in from the mainland. You can buy general admission tickets for $75 presale and $100 at the door. For more information, go to BigIslandChocolateFestival.com.
