Missing Big Island work furlough inmate arrested, returned to HCCC

HILO, BIG ISLAND (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hale Nani work furlough inmate Devin Saragosa-Taoy is back at the Hawaii Community Correctional Center (HCCC) this afternoon. Hawaii Police arrested him last night in Hilo.
Saragosa-Taoy failed to return after work to the reintegration center on November 23rd. He was serving time for Robbery. He faces an additional escape charge.
Saragosa-Taoy is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program with pass privileges. Community custody is the lowest classification status.
