Sentencing delayed once more for telecom executive convicted of tax fraud

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Albert Hee's sentencing has been postponed again after he was convicted of tax fraud.
This is the second time a judge delayed his sentencing over conerns he won't get the healthcare treatment that he needs in prison.
Hee's original sentencing was set in October of 2015 after he was found guilty of diverting $4 million from his company to himself and his family.
His new sentencing is set for January 6.
