KAILUA, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hungarian-born Gabor Paczolay is a longtime Honolulu building contractor with an entrepreneur's vision and determination to bring a well proven European building technology to Hawai'i. Unlike traditional construction materials of wood and steel frame,  this cementitious product withstands fire, earthquake, hurricane, termite, water, mildew and heat. Among his many contracting and renovating projects, he took this leap to bring in to Hawai'i the Ytong Casco System for the first time.

He received the first shipment of materials in the summer of 2015 and began installation and construction of the 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-car garage.
