SBA selects Hawaii to be part of its Emerging Leaders program for fifth consecutive year

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Small Business Administration has again selected Hawaii to be part of its Emerging Leaders program for the fifth consecutive year.

To be eligible for the program, the small business must have been in business for a minimum of three years, be a "for profit" entity, have at least one employee and generate annual revenues above $350,000 and into the multi-million dollar range. It also requires a one page application and personal interview.

Jane Sawyer, director of the SBA Honolulu District Office, was on Sunrise with more details.
