Good Clean Food Hawaii provides Paleo delivery service for healthy eating

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - You have probably heard about the Paleo diet. It is all about leaving out processed foods and cooking and eating more naturally.

Janelle Bremer from Good Clean Food Hawaii joins us now on Sunrise to make a Paleo meal and to promote the upcoming 2014 Hawaii VA Games. Good Clean Food Hawaii is a Paleo meal delivery company that has partnered with many Cross Fit gyms to provide free pick-up locations.

Hawaii VA Games is the largest Cross Fit competition in the islands. The event takes place on Monday, September 1st at the Neal Blaisdell Arena. Doors open at 8 a.m.
