Punahou School alumnus and executive coach Karen Elizaga is set to release her first book this winter entitled "Find Your Sweet Spot: A Guide to Personal andProfessional Excellence," focusing on how to truly find what you love to do and how to love doing it.
Elizaga lives in New York City with her two children and husband. Her desire to help others is rooted in kindness, contribution and especially community, values she acquired being brought up in Hawaii, and which she now applies as she coaches major players at Fortune 500 firms.
She started her executive coaching practice in 2004 and since has been profiled by The New York Times and quoted on Yahoo! Finance, CBS Marketwatch, Fox News, Cosmo.com, Reuters and other media outlets.
Elizaga joins Grace to give some tips on switching careers at any point in life.
