HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The felony assault charge against Michael Miske stemming from an attack on an NFL player during Pro Bowl week has been dismissed.
This comes after the prosecutor informed the judge that the victim, Redskins offensive tackle Trent Williams, would not be returning to Hawaii for the trial.
Miske was accused of hitting Williams in the head with a bottle during a fight at the 'M' nightclub on January 25.
The trial was scheduled for next month.
