Passenger arrested for abusive sexual contact on Hawaiian flight

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - FBI agents on Thursday arrested a man at Honolulu International Airport on a federal charge of abusive sexual contact aboard an aircraft.

The FBI says Luavalu Seuva'ai, 22, of American Samoa was a passenger aboard Hawaiian Airlines Flight 456 originating in Manila, Philippines and landed in Honolulu around noon.

Seuva'ai is being held at the Honolulu Federal Detention Center until his arraignment on Monday.

The FBI could not release more information on the case until Seuva'ai's hearing.
