Every year, Kapiolani Community College holds its Hookipa to benefit their Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Tourism programs. On Friday, March 2, 2012, over 400 culinary and hospitality students will prepare dishes and serve guests at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Alumnus Chef Robin Lee of Nobu Waikiki will be the featured guest chef for the event.
Tickets for this event recently sold out, but you can still support KCC's culinary students by dining at Ka Ikena or 220 Grille Restaurant, which are student-run, on-campus restaurants. Click here for more information.
