Actor Will Smith sells Kauai home with $6.5M profit

HANALEI, Kauai (HawaiiNewsNow) - After purchasing a home on Kauai nearly two years ago, actor Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith recently sold their property, making a $6.5 million profit.
Public records show the seven-acre property is located on Secret Beach in the Hanalei district.
Reports say the couple sold the home for $20 million, which was not on the market at the time.
According to Market Watch analysts, there are not many homes on the market in this area.
