Public input sought in upcoming rail transit workshops

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Downtown residents will have a chance to weigh in on the upcoming rail transit stations.

The Department of Planning is holding community workshops Monday evening.

Residents will have the opportunity to share ideas on how to improve the three planned rail stations in Downtown, Chinatown and Iwilei.

The workshops will take place at the Hawaii Community Development Authority on Cooke Street at 6 p.m.
