Rail transit town meeting set for Tuesday in Kapolei

KAPOLEI (HawaiiNewsNow) - Residents will have a chance to find out more about Honolulu's planned rail line starting Tuesday.
The $5.3 billion rail transit project will connect east Kapolei with Ala Moana Center.
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) will provide updates on the project, informational displays and a Q & A with representatives from the authority.
The meeting will be held at Kapolei Hale from 6 to 8 p.m.
This is the first of five town meetings in Kapolei.
