Chaminade upsets Oklahoma

LAHAINA, HI - It wasn't exactly David beating Goliath but Division II Chaminade wrote another chapter in their hoops history that will be talked about for a long time.

The Silverswords upset Division I Oklahoma 68-64 for 7th place at the Maui Invitational after Steven Bennett made a tough shot in the lane with 16 seconds left in the game on Wednesday.

Shane Hanson led the way for CU with 23 points. Mamadou Diarra had 15 points and 11 rebounds and made two free throws with eight seconds remaining to lock up Chaminade's first win in Lahaina since beating Princeton 74-70 back in 2007.
