After undergoing successful surgery for thyroid cancer three weeks ago, she is on a successful road back to health. HNN's Mike Cherry brings us up to date on her recovery and expected return to the diamond.

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich had a mistrial declared on all but one of 24 charges against him. A federal jury convicted Blagojevich of making false statements to the FBI. We'll recap his day in court and explain why he will face a new trial.
