HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Secret Service agents arrested Kristy Lee Roshia of Oahu on Saturday after they say she threatened to kill first lady Michelle Obama in a letter sent to the Secret Service office in Boston. The letter was sent from a Kailua address last month and included a threat to kill the first lady while the Obama family is vacationing in Hawaii for Christmas.

Authorities say that the letter included photos of herself and love letters to a Secret Service agent. Roshia also allegedly called the Secret Service in Boston and threatened to kill the first lady and Marines. Agents made the arrest after interviewing Roshia on Saturday, when they say that she told them she knew where the Obama's were staying.

Roshia faces a detention hearing before a federal magistrate Wednesday at  10:30 AM.
