HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Prosecutors indicted a Waianae man with sexual assault, kidnapping, violation of privacy and abuse charges.
Officials said 40-year-old Christopher Enos was charged with 11 counts for an incident that occurred in late-February.
Prosecutors said Enos has prior felony convictions for kidnapping, place to keep firearms and second-degree theft.
If convicted, Enos faces up to 20 years in prison for the charge of sexual assault in the first degree, but prosecutors said they are seeking an extended life in prison term with the possibility of parole.
Enos remains in custody on $179,000 bail. He is also being held without bail for parole violations.
He is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Hilo Circuit Court on Wednesday.
