Murder suspect pleads not guilty in Tantalus shooting that left teen dead
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The 19-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a high school senior at a Tantalus lookout pleaded not guilty on Thursday.
Authorities said murder suspect Nainoa Damon allegedly shot and killed 18-year-old Haaheo Kalona during an attempted robbery on Round Top Drive in March.

According to court documents, Damon allegedly knew some of people he was trying to rob.
He is currently being held at Oahu Community Correctional Center on $1 million bail.
