HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Here’s your chance to check out Carissa Moore’s Olympic surfing gold medal!

Starting Friday, the historic award will be displayed in the main lobby of Central Pacific Plaza on South King Street in Downtown Honolulu.

The pro surfer said she couldn’t be more excited to display her gold medal at her bank.

“I feel very fortunate to have grown up in Hawaii and for the amazing community that has raised me. I wouldn’t be where I am today and I am very grateful to be able to represent where I come from on a world stage, especially at the Olympics,” Moore said.

Those interested in getting a peek at the medal can see it every weekday in April anytime from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
