HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Honolulu police have reopened all lanes of the H-1 Freeway Monday near the Makakilo off-ramp.
A man standing dangerously on the overpass triggered the shutdown just before 3 p.m. The closure lasted until about 5:30 p.m., leading to a slowdown across Oahu’s major thoroughfares.
So far no injuries have been reported.
Traffic is still slow-going around the island. Click here to access the Hawaii News Now traffic map.
