HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - The 23-year-old suspect in a fatal stabbing in Hawaii Kai this week has been charged with second-degree murder.

Bail for Jake Edwards has been set at $1 million.

The stabbing happened Tuesday morning at the intersection of Hahaione Street and Hawaii Kai Drive. The victim was identified as 23-year-old Parker Trantham.

Authorities have not discussed a motive in the case.
