Oahu’s 2nd mass COVID-19 vaccination clinic opens at Blaisdell

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Oahu’s second COVID-19 mass vaccination site officially opened Monday at the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall.

So far, more than 12,000 people have made an appointment to receive the Moderna vaccine at the clinic run by The Queen’s Health Systems.

According to its website, Queen’s will only be vaccinating residents 75 years of age and older at this time, and not individuals who may accompany kupuna.

One adult is allowed to come with them.

Those who have appointments should park at the Neal Blaisdell Center parking structure via Victoria or King streets. Parking is free.

Individuals are asked to bring their ID as well as insurance card, if they have one. The clinic will be operating from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will only be closed on Tuesdays.

You must have an appointment to receive a shot.
