Hawaii reports 123 new COVID-19 cases, no additional fatalities

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii reported 123 new COVID-19 infections on Monday, pushing the statewide total since the pandemic began to 25,275.

There were no new fatalities reported. The death toll from the virus in Hawaii stands at 342.

Of the new cases, 91 were on Oahu, 21 in Maui County and six were on the Big Island. There were also five residents diagnosed out-of-state.

In the last 14 days, there have been 1,656 cases reported in Hawaii.

  • 2,128 total cases

Maui

  • 1,626 total cases
  • 97 required hospitalization
  • 316 cases in the last 14 days
  • 21 deaths

Lanai

  • 106 total cases
  • 5 required hospitalization
  • 0 cases in the last 14 days
  • 0 deaths

Molokai

  • 25 total cases
  • 1 required hospitalization
  • 1 case in the last 14 days
  • 0 deaths

Kauai

  • 178 total cases
  • 7 required hospitalization
  • 10 cases in the last 14 days
  • 1 death

Out-of-state

  • 688 total cases
  • 4 required hospitalization
