HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - An arson investigation has been launched following a fire in Hawaii Kai late Wednesday, Honolulu police said.

According to the Honolulu Fire Department, the blaze started around 10:40 p.m. on Pepeekeo Place.

Authorities said a shed burned.

It’s not clear whether the home was occupied.

Officials have not released further details.
