HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - All lanes of the H-3 Freeway are back open Tuesday morning after crews cleared debris from a large fallen tree that was blocking a portion of the roadway during the morning commute.
It happened sometime before 5:20 a.m.
According to an alert from police, both Kaneohe-bound lanes of the freeway were shut down, causing major issues for commuters trying to head into Windward Oahu.
All lanes were back open by 7:15 a.m.
