HFD rescues 18-year-old hiker on Koko Crater Trail

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - An 18-year-old hiker was rescued from the Koko Crater Trail on Sunday.
The Honolulu Fire Department said the call came in around 8 a.m.
Firefighters had to hike to his side about 150 feet from the top of the trail.
He was airlifted to safety, then transferred to Emergency Medical Services for treatment.
