HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - A man using a full face snorkel has died after being pulled from waters off the Valley Isle on Friday morning.

A Sheraton Maui employee brought the 64-year-old to shore about 10 a.m. at Black Rock, Kaanapali Beach and began CPR.

Ocean Safety arrived and continued life-saving efforts, but they could not revive the man. 

His identity has not been released.
