HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Maui police have established a hotline for tips in the case of Amanda Eller, the Maui woman who has been missing since May 8.

The tips hotline is (808) 244-6421. Tips can also be sent to eller@mpd.net.

Tipsters are asked to include their name and contact information for investigators.

Meanwhile, the search for Eller continues in the Makawao Forest Reserve, where she is believed to have gone hiking on the day she disappeared.

Her car, cell phone and other belongings were found in the reserve’s parking lot.

Earlier this week, police said they’d received more than 150 tips in the case and had followed up a number of them.

They said that they’re still investigating a missing persons case ― and there’s no evidence to suggest foul play is involved.
