HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - It's a busy morning for the Board of Water Supply after another water main break was reported Friday morning in Alewa Heights.

BWS responded to the 6-inch break on Paina Street at around 6:20 a.m.

It’s not known how many customers were affected, but one resident reported that water gushed down his street and even flooded his property.

No word on whether there were any road closures.

This is the second water main break to reported on Friday. Crews also responded to an 8-inch break in Aiea. They’re also working on repairs to a water main break that happened Thursday on Kamani Street in the Ward area.
