HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - The FBI is now investigating a bank robbery case that happened last week in Waianae.
Ellington Keawe, 48, is accused of holding up the Bank of Hawaii branch in Waianae last Friday.
According to Honolulu police, Keawe demanded money from the teller and then fled the scene on foot.
He was located and arrested on Tuesday at the corner of Mill and McArthur streets in Waianae.
Police said he is now in FBI custody.
