HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Former Rainbow Wahine volleyball and beach volleyball star Emily Maglio has made the Canadian National Team.

The former All-American middle hitter was named to Volleyball Canada’s women’s 2019 indoor team today and will compete at the end of the month in the Challenge Cup - a continental pre-qualifier for Volleyball Nations League to be held from May 31-June 2.

The women will also compete in the Pan American Games in Peru this summer and the Women’s Olympic Qualifier in Russia this fall.
