HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Nicole Lopez grew up wanting to be a warrior and when she arrived in Manoa she didn’t disappoint.
The senior third baseman has started 202 consecutive games at third base and has led the team with a career-high 43 runs scored, 57 hits, 12 doubles and she is 6-6 in stolen bases.
Although the sun has set on her career in Manoa she’ll go down as one of the programs best, her senior season is one she’ll always remember.
“It’s the best feeling.” Lopez said. “My time is over and I had the best time of my life, I’m going to miss being surrounded by these people that turned into my family.”
